Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where's my parcel?

Standard shipping is not trackable, I can unfortunately not tell you where it may be.
Tracked & Signed shipping comes with a Royal Mail tracking number which will tell you where your parcel is at this moment.

I still haven't received my parcel.

Delays sometimes happen.
Please contact me if 20 business days for domestic orders or 25 business days for international orders have passed since the parcel was shipped.

How long does a Custom Order take?

It depends on the design.
It can take up to a month if it's a large or comlicated piece, or if I'm already working on other Customs.
In general 1-2 weeks.

How long is the delivery time?

International shipping (this includes everything from Germany to the USA) has an aim of 1- 2 weeks on top of the 1-3 day processing time.

Domestic shipping has an aim of 1 business day.

Refund?

Refunds will only be given to Tracked delivery orders where there is proof of loss.
Standard delivery orders will most likely be resent.
Please contact me if your parcel has not arrived within 25 business days from initial shipping date.
